After earning their silver awards, the girls of Group 8909 decided to disband. They had been together for as a group for seven years and remain friends. This web page will remain active as a resource for other Jewish Girl Scouts and their leaders as well as anyone interested in learning more about the Jewish holidays and Israeli scouting to further international understanding or to earn Girl Scout try-its, badges, or IP's that require learning about other cultures.
