Hi. We are Junior Troop 302 from Sanbornton, NH. We have 14 girls. We are very active and meet every Friday evening. We are taking four trips this year to various Swiftwater Sites. One of our favorite trips is to Sunset Valley, in Gorham, NH. At Sunset Valley the girls experience X-country skiing, snowshoeing, and sliding. Then a short drive and we go skating for the whole day. Last year was absolutely beautiful.

Of course all this only happens because of success selling cookies and fund raising. Having a booth the day the cookies arrive proved to be very effective. Many people bought cookies because they just wanted another box to hold them until their order arrived. And of course no one has tasted Thin Mints for a whole year. Another kid idea that proved successful was gift wrapping right before Christmas at Wal-Mart.

This is the last year as Juniors for 10 of the girls and our leaders will also be moving up to Cadettes next year. As Cadettes we hope to spend a week camping in Fairfax, near Washington, DC. We would like to hear from Junior or Cadette Troops in that area.
