Hi! We are Brownie Troop 1255 from Lenexa, Kansas. This is our first year of Brownies, and we are excited about Girls Scouts! Our troop consists of 13 energetic First Graders and 3 Leaders. Even though we are a new troop, we have been busy with lots of activities. We have learned about science, countries around the world, music, and games. At Christmastime, our troop enjoyed caroling at a local hospital and over the air waves on a local radio station. You should have heard us belting out "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer!" Our Service Unit is having a National Fair this spring, and we are studying Idaho. We will present a skit to the other Troops, and we are bringing craft and food items to share. We will also be attending a Brownie Health Fair sponsored by the Junior Troops in our Service Unit. We are looking forward to lots more fun this spring and summer!
