Girl Scouts of Monterey Bay
Greetings from Troop 1051! We are a group of ten 5th grade Junior Girl Scouts. Our Leader's name is Debi and her two co-leaders are Karen and Barbara. We have been together since we were Daisy Girl Scouts in kindergarten. Our names are Alex, Amanda, Coral, Darcy, Jennifer, Lindsey, Magdalena, Rachel, Sara, and our newest member, Renee.
We live in Aptos, California, which is a few miles south of the city of Santa Cruz which is 30 minutes west of San Jose and an hour south of San Francisco. Aptos is part of the Pajaro Valley, a rich agricultural area which grows and ships an abundance of strawberries, artichokes and lettuce. Since Aptos is located within the Monterey Bay area, most of us live only a few blocks from the beach!
