JUNIOR TROOP #181 FAIRMONT MINNESOTA PEACEPIPE GIRL SCOUT COUNCIL

Troop #181 is a 6th grade Junior Troop with 9 girls and 2 leaders. We have been together a long time - 4 girls and both leaders since Daisies. We like to attend Council, Area, and Service Unit Events: to have fun with the activities, to earn any patches or badges, and to meet other Girl Scouts from our Peacepipe Council. We are working on our final 2 Signs and our Bridging requirements. We are planning our Service Unit Thinking Day Event and also are involved in a number of Service Projects during the year. We attend Day Camp every summer, and this summer will be our first as Aides, helping with the Brownie and Junior units. Our biggest project is our upcoming trip to Savannah, Georgia in June to visit the Juliette Gordon Low Birthplace. We are busy planning and earning money to make the trip. We are even thinking of planning a bigger trip for several years down the road - maybe to Europe to visit the 2 World Centers there!
